Cancellation/transfer Policy:
Acceptable forms to cancel/transfer: online (guest portal or email, office@lowwaterbridgecampground.com) and by phone, (540) 635-7277.

We strive to keep camping as affordable as possible.  If you find you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please alert us ASAP.  If you need to reschedule your visit the first reschedule is free, to reschedule after that, the cost is $10 per date change.

IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION, YOU MAY NOT GET THE SAME SITE YOU INITIALLY RESERVED. 

Camping deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to a different date one time two weeks prior to your check-in date. 

****Camping reservations that are no call/email, no show will be responsible for the entire balance to camp. By not alerting the campground you are not keeping your reservation, you will risk your ability to camp here and higher deposits will be required.****

Campground Rules

• Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. However, we ask that guests are respectful to each other all-day while on the campground. Campsites are divided by trees and other nature. 
• No climbing on the LOVE sign.
• No fireworks, ATVs, loud music - AT ANY TIME, nuisance barking or generators - NO TOLERANCE, you will be asked to leave.
• No smoking or pets in the bathrooms.
• No glass or cans in the fire rings -- This is a hazard to our workers as we clean the firepits after campers leave. 
• Keep your animals leashed and under control.
• Clean up after yourself and your animals.
• Speed limit is 5 mph.
• DO NOT throw trash in portable toilets, including baby diapers, whole bags of trash, etc. These portables are for our guests to have quick access to a bathroom, not for trash.
• In the rare occurrence that you're asked to leave LWBC there will be no refund given and you will not be able to return to this campground.
• Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors AT ALL TIMES
• Fishing is allowed in the Shenandoah River but we highly suggest that you have a valid Virginia Fishing License prior to.
