LWBC Tubing

LWBC Tubing is LWBC's outfitter service offering tubes for floating down river and shuttling of your equipment to the Hazard's Ford boat landing. We will transport your equipment, however, we do not transport island tubes and we will shuttle a maximum of a two-person tube, you will be charged per person.  Reservations can be made the day you check-in to Low Water Bridge Campground, but not beforehand. If you aren't camping at LWBC we still welcome you to check out our river floats! Parking is $10/car, you will directed where to park.

 Rules for Tubing:

WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE

  •  Age limit is five years old
  • No alcohol and/or drug use will be tolerated
  • All tubing equipment shall be returned when your float trip is over. DO NOT leave your equipment at the bridge, boat landing or at your campsite. You are responsible for the equipment until it is returned  to LWBC.
  • WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET
  • DO NOT take anything of value with you on the river, i.e. jewelry, money, phone, car keys, etc.
  • Tubing on the Shenandoah River is done at your own risk.  Please follow all rules and know your personal swimming limitations. The Shenandoah River is part of nature therefore is uncontrollable.  Use common sense and caution.
  • Should your tube deflate on the float no refund will be given.
  • This float is not a guided float, once you're dropped off at Hazard's Ford there is no other take out point until you reach the bridge just prior to LWBC.
