Low Water Bridge Campground (LWBC) is privately owned, and the land has been in the Munson family for well over half a century.  

Low Water Bridge Campground offers 60 Campsites.

-5 sites are equipped with 30- & 50-amp electrical service

-22 primitive camping sites are Riverfront

-On the remaining 33 primitive spots you are never far from the Shenandoah River or the fun as there are 2 private river access points within LWBC for our visitors only.

-LWBC's office also serves as a small campground store if you have forgotten any of your necessities.  We have an assortment of items you may need or want.  We have bagged ice on-site and also process and bag our own Firewood. Our family is very talented, we offer handcrafted wood items and hand-poured candles.

-6 full bathrooms with hot showers are located on the rear ground level of the office and there are also portable toilets throughout the campground.

-Potable Water is available and we have an RV Dump Station

-Check In starts at Noon 12:00 p.m

-Check Out is by 11:00 a.m.

-WiFi is avaiable

Our family takes pride in the campground, and we hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we have enjoyed living on the banks of the Shenandoah River. 

LWBC is a prime location on the beautiful Shenandoah River. Campers have the ability to enter the waterway. However, you are entering the water at your own risk. Use CAUTION & COMMON SENSE, NATURE IS NOT CONTROLLED. 

When you make your reservation through the online portal or by phone you are required to pay a deposit. This deposit is the base fee for the campsite. The BASE fees for camping are, 

• RIverfront -  $33.00 (weekday)/$36.00 (weekend)
• Nonriverfront - $25.00 (weekday)/$29.00 (weekend)
• Electric - $36.00 (weekday)/ $39.00 (weekend)

** All fees above include the first two (2) adults, each additional adult is $11.00/person/night. 

** Child age is eight (8) years and under

** Adult age is nine (9) years and older

** Group rate is offered for NON-RIVERFRONT sites only. Qualifying groups are, non-profits, Boy/Girl Scouts, and church groups. However, a letter on your organizations letterhead may be requested at any time. 

** If group rate is applicable to your group, you will be charged a per person rate regardless of age 

Cancellation/transfer Policy:
Acceptable forms to cancel/transfer: online (guest portal or email, office@lowwaterbridgecampground.com) and by phone, (540)635-7277.

Cancellation Fee: $20 plus all processing fees 

We appreciate at least 30 days notice for cancellation or transfer. There is a $10 handling fee per reservation change (first date change is no charge) or cancellation. Transferring your stay dates DOES NOT mean you’ll get the site you originally reserved. Riverfront and electric sites are on high demand. IF YOU CANCEL OR TRANSFER YOU MAY NOT GET THE SAME SITE YOU INITIALLY RESERVED. 

• Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
• No generators allowed
• No climbing on the LOVE sign
• No fireworks, ATVs, loud music - NO TOLERANCE 
• NO smoking or pets in the bathrooms
• No glass or cans in the fire rings
• Keep your animals leashed and under control
• Clean up after your animals
• Speed limit is 5 mph
• DO NOT throw trash in portable toilets
• In the rare occurrence that you're asked to leave LWBC there will be no refund given and you will not be able to return
• Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors
• Fishing is allowed but we highly suggest that you have a valid Virginia Fishing License
